Q. When is it required to set a minimum
and a maximum limit for the alarm setpoint value when using the UDM
meter?
The limits for the setpoints (Lo.S and Hi.S
parameters) are meaningful only when the password value is from 5000
to 9000. ie. the setpoints can be directly set from the measurement
mode. When modifying the setpoints outside the programming mode, a
value cannot be entered outside the range as defined by the Lo.S and
Hi.S parameters.
