Q. I’m using a UDM meter to measure temperature using a thermocouple. Do I have to set the cold junction compensation (CJC) parameter to Auto or Manual?

To measure the actual temperature at the thermocouple junction, Auto CJC compensation must be selected. Manual CJC compensation should only be used in special applications.
