Carlo Gavazzi up/down counters feature a 6 digit back-lit display and selectable setpoint with relay and transistor output. They accept both contact and NPN transistor inputs and feature a built-in 12 VDC supply to power your sensor. Carlo Gavazzi also offer a broad range of sensors suited for counting applications.

Due to the built-in prescale function, the display can read out in engineering units (flow, kwh, etc)
