Carlo Gavazzi offers a comprehensive range of solid state relays featuring direct copper bonding technology for increased life and reliability. Solid State Relays are used extensively in the plastics, packaging, food processing, and HVAC industries - primarily for temperature control. Solid State Relays are the logical replacement for mercury contactors.

Other applications include lighting and pump switching.Furthermore, many of our relays feature horsepower ratings making them suitable for contolling motorized dampers in HVAC control systems - where their long life and noise-free switching make them ideal replacements for mechanical contactors.

Our Range Comprises

  • Single phase relays up to 100 Amps / 600 VAC for mounting onto external heatsinks.
  • Three phase relays up to 55 Amps / 480 VAC for mounting onto external heatsinks.
  • Integrated packages with heatsink up to 90 Amps / 600 VAC.
  • Zero switching, Random switching, Phase angle fired types available.
  • Full cycle (zero) switching types up to 50 Amp / 480 VAC with either 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC inputs : Minimize thermal stress on your heaters without the noise problems of phase angle fired types.
  • Single phase relays with built in alarm to detect heater failure.
  • LED indicators, varistor, and touch protection cover are standard on most models.
  • PCB types up to 5 Amp / 480 VAC for mouting on PCB's or socket mounting.
